Professor Gibril Faal, Director of GK Partners paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Hadrammeh M. Sidibeh, The Gambia High Commissioner in Senegal on Wednesday, 16th November 2022 to discuss on the work of the Migration and Sustainable Development in The Gambia (MSDG) project as well as the situation of the Gambian Diaspora in Senegal.
Professor Gibril Faal, Director of GK Partners paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Hadrammeh M. Sidibeh, The Gambia High Commissioner in Senegal on Wednesday, 16th November 2022 to discuss on the work of the Migration and Sustainable Development in The Gambia (MSDG) project as well as the situation of the Gambian Diaspora in Senegal.
Prof. Faal noted that the MSDG project has been collaborating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad especially the Diaspora Directorate of the Ministry, which plays a significant part in the process of the project.
During the meeting, Prof. Faal took the opportunity to ask questions on the work and activities of the Embassy with regards to Gambian diaspora in Senegal and the challenges of the Embassy. He provided recommendations in addressing some of the challenges, which were highly welcomed during the meeting.
Prof. Faal presented a copy of the Migration and Sustainable Development in The Gambia (MSDG) Project Report 2017-2021 and Programme Outline 2021-2024 to His Excellency the High Commissioner.
Present at the Meeting were Ms. Fatou Kinneh Jobe, Deputy Head of Mission and Mr. Ennu Njie, Protocol and Welfare Officer.
